Manual Osteopathic Therapy

Therapist uses hands to manipulate tissue and help realign the body by supporting tissue changes.  Therapist uses a variety of techniques that could include cranial sacral, visceral, osteoarticulations or myofascial tissue release. 

Post Birth Realignment

This service is offered to be performed in Lloydminster hospital or in clinic following delivery. Ideally this is performed within days or weeks of delivery.  The treatment aims to realign the pelvis by aligning the pubic symphysis and balancing diaphragms to promote healthy circulation. The therapist will also do a quick assessment of babe's alignment wish can catch common misalignments associated with reflux, colic and constipation.

Pre/Post Natal Manual Osteopathic Therapy

Therapist uses hands on techniques to help alleviate common pregnancy symptoms and post partum dysfunctions. These techniques help to support a healthy pregnancy, an easier labour and smoother recovery. 

Trauma Release Session

This service is offered to those that are holding emotional trauma with the body tissue. This session is designed to connect within yourself to help resolve held emotions causing physical ailments. 

Birth Story Trauma Release

This session is for new moms to recount their experience bringing their baby/babies into the world while the therapist works to release areas of tension in the body that are holding emotional trauma from delivery.  This service provides a safe space and helps to prevent and provide relief to the common but treatable "baby blues". This service is offered to support women so they can be the best versions of themselves as they are navigating motherhood.
